The team will coordinate all aspects of your statutory requirements and obtain relevant permits and approvals. This includes Council DA applications through a Private Certifier, lodging a construction certificate and owners consent form and any relevant permits required for your building approval. At the end of your project Unita will issue you a Practical Completion and Certificate of Occupancy.

At handover your customer care services team will provide you with a certificate of Practical Completion for you to take possession of the works for occupation. You will be presented with a care manual including certificates and warranties.
