We will conduct a location feasibility study and evaluate the effectiveness of your current workplace. Our team inspects and measures your new site, ascertains build inclusions, understands your budget and ideal wish list. We check car parking requirements, disabled access and any relevant requirements before providing you with a tailored test fit floor plan.

We will work in collaboration with you to create a test fit floor plan that incorporates the most efficient operational possibilities. This is a crucial first step in the design phase as we analyse your workflow and make sure that all areas function together and comply with building codes.

Our Estimation Team uses a construction project management tool which accurately measures your test fit floor plan and prices accordingly. At this stage Unita will provide you with a high-level cost estimate so you can start planning with your bank & funding provider.

An architect will analyse your work spaces and patient privacy in more detail and align your vision with the latest design innovations. We use evidence-based principles to influence design decisions with the aim of improving the quality of care and patient experiences. A detailed set of construction drawings are issued in conjunction with value engineering options for fixtures and fittings so that your cost plan stays on budget. You will have the option of 3D walk-throughs and renders providing you with a realistic building view prior to construction.

The team will coordinate all aspects of your statutory requirements and obtain relevant permits and approvals. This includes Council DA applications through a Private Certifier, lodging a construction certificate and owners consent form and any relevant permits required for your building approval. At the end of your project Unita will issue you a Practical Completion and Certificate of Occupancy.

We can now start to assemble the ideal team to oversee your project. We allocate a dedicated Project Manager and Site Supervisor to deliver your build from start to finish. We also utilize the latest technology to document and communicate every aspect of your project.

This is the most exciting stage of your project when all your hard work comes to fruition. Your allocated team will adhere to a strict construction programme ensuring the project is built on time and on budget. We will provide you with confidential access to site updates, payments and requests through a software program called Nexvia.

At handover your customer care services team will provide you with a certificate of Practical Completion for you to take possession of the works for occupation. You will be presented with a care manual including certificates and warranties. Defects Liability will be carried out and most importantly our relationship is ongoing as we pride our company on exceptional follow up and after care service.
